
The Millau Bridge

It has also won the 2009 Singapore President Design Award.

The Brooklyn Bridge
5. Built in 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge also known as the Suspension Bridge, is 1833 meters long, crossing above the East River of New York.

The Shinawatra Birgde
6. The Shinawatra Bridge, located in the Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona, is a triangular arch bridge. It is 142 meters long, across the Colorado River above. Since the Shinawatra Birgde was too old for traffic demends, so people then built a identical sister bridge. The new bridge was put into use in 1995, and the old bridge is now restricted only as a pedestrian access.

The Iron Bridge
7. Located the West Midlands County in central England, the Iron Bridge is the world’s first iron bridge built in the 18th century. At the beginning, the Designer Thomas – France Noor – had no experience in the design because there was no iron bridge as an example, so they borrowed some woodworking skills.
